What it's like to work with Jason
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.
With a background in emergency services, my journey into counselling was shaped by lived experience. I look forward to supporting those navigating the impacts of trauma, dealing with addiction, or experiencing strain within their family or partnership. I am here to help you find greater clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of self.
My approach is affirming and trauma-informed, drawing on the foundations of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I tailor our work together to meet your individual needs and pace.
I see each client as the expert in their own life and believe in the power of storytelling, connection, and personal meaning as tools for healing. There are many stressors we face throughout life that can impact our overall ability to function, connect, and thrive. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you navigate these challenges.
Together, we can explore what healing, clarity, and meaningful change can look like for you.
