I understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes we need someone to lean on. I am here to listen and support you in a non-judgmental way. Together, we can work through barriers to reaching your ideal, most authentic self. The main goal is to help you curate strong self-awareness so that you can explore how the lens in which you see yourself and the world around you is impacted by what you’ve experienced.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and tailored to your specific, unique needs. I utilize Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, parts work, and somatic therapies to help improve emotional regulation.

My job is to give you the tools you need to manage your challenges more effectively so that your life or identity is not centred around your pain. Over time, as challenges come, you will be able to more confidently manage and tolerate them without the power they once held.

I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and my Masters of Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I work with teens, adults and couples and work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideation trauma, alcohol use, anger management, mood disorders and coping skills.
